We have developed a hygienic traditional production process to preserve the delicious flavor of fried shallots. Our double spin system effectively removes excess water and oil, resulting in crispy and flavorful fried shallots.
We use only the finest selection of onions in our production process. The onions that we use as raw materials have low moisture content and ideal shape so as to be able to produce fried onions that are dry, and even in quality.
Bagordar's fried shallots have hygienic packaging, so that can guarantee the quality of fried shallots can be maintained well for up to 8 months. This hygienic packaging allows Bagordar to safely cover long distribution routes.
Bagordar's flavors have proven to be a hit with consumers. Bagordar is currently marketed in the areas of East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan. Our fried shallots have been marketed in 21 Maxi outlets in Balikpapan and Penajam. Total minimarkets that marketed Bagordar is a total of 125 minimarket outlets. Bagordar has also been marketed to the retail market in traditional markets, with a total of 260 market outlets.
